Have this ready when you ring

  • Pickup and drop-off suburbs — postcodes if you've got them
  • Rough size and weight, or a pallet count
  • When it needs to land, and if that deadline's hard
  • Anything tricky — glass, machinery, stairs, no loading dock

The form lands on a desk, not in a queue

Fill in what you know and skip what you don't. Someone at dispatch reads every one and gets back inside a business day — forms sent in the morning usually get a call before lunch.

Your details only get used to answer the enquiry — the privacy policy has the long version.

How fast we reply

Anything sent before 3pm usually gets answered the same day. Later than that, first thing next business morning — a person reads it, not an autoresponder.

Rather just talk?

Urgent after-hours work rings through to the duty driver.

Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton

We're on the river side of the road, past the Eagle Farm lights and before the Hamilton Northshore turnoff. The Port of Brisbane wharves are eight minutes over the bridge — most mornings our trucks are already on this stretch ahead of you.

Coming past the depot?

Couriers, owner-drivers and customers dropping freight themselves — the gate's open while the office is, and there's room to swing a truck.

The turn-off

Coming from the city, stay on Kingsford Smith Drive through Eagle Farm. We're on the left before the Northshore turnoff — blue sign out front, flag pole by the gate.

02

Gate hours

Trucks check in at the gatehouse window while the office's open — the gate itself shuts 17:45 sharp on weekdays, and midday on Saturdays.

03

Loading on the spot

There's a forklift on site rated to 2.5 tonnes, plus a driver who'll hand-ball cartons when that's quicker than waiting for the machine to finish a job.

04

Room for trucks

Semis and rigids come through the main gate without a drama. Hardstand out the back, turning circle, space for about three trucks before it gets cosy.

Collecting freight? Bring the con note or the job number — the office finds pallets by paperwork, not by memory.

Questions the front window hears weekly

The short versions, straight from dispatch. Anything else is a two-minute phone call.

Two-way radio and job sheets on the dispatch desk at the Hamilton depot

Inside a business day at worst. Anything sent before 3pm usually gets a call back the same day — the desk reads forms between manifests, so mornings move quick.

For standard pallet work, often right there on the call. Anything with cranes, tail-lifts or odd dimensions goes quicker by email with a photo attached. Ballpark figures are on the pricing page if you want a feel for it first.

No — one-off jobs run fine on card or a short invoice. If freight's going out every week, an account saves the paperwork and takes about a day to set up.

Yes, any time the gate's open — weekdays till 17:45, Saturdays till midday. The forklift's there for pallets, and we can rewrap or label freight if that's part of the job.

The duty driver on the express runs. If it's genuinely urgent — a line down, a site standing around waiting — ring anyway. Everything else gets answered first thing in the morning.
