Bulk in · many drops out

One truck in,
fifty drops out

Send your bulk freight to Hamilton and we break it down, label it and distribute it — retail DCs, shopfronts, warehouses or your customers' front doors across SEQ and beyond.

[01 // The service]

Your bulk becomes their deliveries

Distribution is the unglamorous middle of logistics — a container lands, and somehow forty different businesses each need their slice on a different day. We do the slicing.

We run retail-DC compliance work weekly (SSCC labels, booking windows, ASN paperwork) and the boring-but-crucial stuff like re-strapping a leaning pallet before it becomes a rejected delivery.

  • Breakdown from container, truckload or storage
  • Coles, Woolworths and Metcash DC compliance runs
  • Re-wrap, re-label and re-stack included where needed

Rejected DC deliveries are the expensive kind of mistake. Our dispatch books the window, prints the labels and photographs the load before it leaves — rejections this year: zero.

What pallet distribution costs

Priced per pallet or carton out, plus the handling in. Regular programs get a standing weekly rate.

Inbound handling is charged once on arrival, not per carton — the split itself is where the work is, so that's what you pay for.

How pallet distribution jobs run

From a sealed container to fifty labelled consignments.

Zero DC
rejections
Step 01

Bulk arrives at Hamilton

Container on our dock, your truck, or transferred from our storage. Counted against the manifest on arrival.

Step 02

Split to your list

Your allocation sheet becomes picks — per store, per customer, per run. Carton-level if that's what the job needs.

Step 03

Label & book

SSCC labels printed, DC windows booked, ASNs lodged. Freight gets re-strapped and photographed before dispatch.

Step 04

Dispatched on our runs

Our own metro and interstate vehicles carry the outbound legs — no broker handoffs mid-chain.

Step 05

PODs consolidated

Every drop returns a signature. You get one consolidated POD report per wave, not fifty separate emails.

Need something next to it?

Most pallet distribution jobs touch one of these.

[05 // On the job]

A distribution wave, mid-flight

This is what 'bulk in, fifty drops out' actually looks like on the floor.

[06 // The crew]

The distribution crew

Lew's crew does the splitting — and they've seen every way a pallet can go wrong. Re-stacks and re-wraps happen before dispatch, not in the DC loading dock where it costs you.

Priya's warehouse team keeps the allocation counts honest; Jodie's metro run sheet carries the drops.

Distribution lead

Fifteen years of DC work. Can spot a rejected-delivery pallet from across the yard.

Warehouse manager

Owns the split counts. If the manifest says 47 cartons, we find 47.

Runs coordinator

Books every DC window herself and keeps the ASN paperwork straight.

[07 // Compare]

Distribution vs doing it yourself

If you're shipping single pallets to single addresses, plain metro delivery is cheaper. Distribution earns its keep when one inbound becomes many outbounds.

Pallet distribution questions

The ones dispatch hears weekly. Anything else — call +61 7 3154 8823.

Weekly. SSCC labels, ASN lodgement, window bookings and the pallet specs each DC wants. Coles, Woolworths and Metcash runs are routine for us.

One pallet splitting to a few drops is fine — you just pay per pallet out. Weekly programs get better rates because we can plan the runs.

We photograph it on arrival, re-stack and re-wrap it properly, and flag it in your report. Sending it out dodgy costs everyone more than the re-wrap.

That's the normal pattern — half goes out in the first wave, the rest sits in racked storage and releases on your schedule. Storage bills only for what stays.

Both. Every signature lands individually, and you also get one consolidated wave report — useful when a hundred drops went to forty postcodes.
