Cookie policy
Cookies: what we
actually use
A short honest list of the cookies on betzilogistics.site — what they do, how long they stay, and how to switch them off.
Fewer than you'd expect
We're a freight company, not an ad network. This site uses cookies to remember your consent choice, keep forms working, and measure which pages get read. Nothing follows you to other websites.
The banner you saw (or didn't) asks once and remembers the answer — that memory itself is a small piece of local storage, which counts as a cookie for legal purposes.
In thirty seconds
There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. If that ever changes, this page changes first and the banner asks again. Want them gone entirely? betzilogistics@gmail.com and we'll scrub your record.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
bl_cookie_ok | Remembers you accepted the cookie banner so it doesn't nag again | Until cleared |
| Session storage | Keeps forms and the quote modal working between pages | Browser session |
| Analytics cookies | Anonymous page-view counts — which pages get read, not who read them | Up to 13 months |
Your choices
Accepting the banner stores the consent flag — nothing else changes. Declining or ignoring it means no analytics cookies are set; the essential storage still runs because the site won't work without it.
You can also clear or block cookies entirely in your browser settings. The site still works — the banner will just greet you again, because it can't remember you said no.
Third-party content
Two things on this site load from third parties: the embedded Google map on the contacts page, and the font/CDN assets that make the site look like itself. Google may set its own cookies when you interact with the map — that's between you and them, governed by Google's policy.
Our outbound social links (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) are plain links — they don't track you here; they only know you visited if you click through.
Changes & questions
If we ever add a cookie that does more than count page views, this page gets updated before it goes live and the banner asks for consent again.
